Small group Equipment classes (3 students max).  Utilising the jump board while remaining true to the classical Pilates order, equipment classes drastically further flexibility, increase core strength, and promote a deeper understanding of Pilates.
Cardio Jumpboard is a fast paced, intermediate level Reformer class.  A flat “jumpboard” is added to the end of the Reformer and spring tension is reduced, allowing students to jump from a supine position.  The jumping is combined with intermediate level Reformer exercise to create a dynamic, full body workout.
