Small group Equipment classes (3 students max). Utilising the tower while remaining true to the classical Pilates order, equipment classes drastically further flexibility, increase core strength, and promote a deeper understanding of Pilates.
The tower was invented to be a smaller, simpler version of the Cadillac. Like the reformer, it uses spring tension; however the exercises are often similar to those performed in the classical mat order. The springs and bars provide assistance to the body and allow the user to truly focus on performing the exercise correctly. All levels Tower classes are suitable for beginners and beyond.
