1. This competition is open worldwide.

2. You must be 13 years old or over to enter this competition (at the time of entry).

3. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Focus Pilates.

4. For your chance to win a Focus Pilates sandbag set, you must do the following:

   1. Follow @focuspilatesstudio on Instagram, like the competition post, and tag a Pilates lover in the comments.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.

6. This competition will close at 11.59pm on the 5th February 2021. Entries made after this time will not be valid.

1. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries at random on the 6th February 2021.

2. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. The winner will be contacted via social media. If winners do not respond within one week, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant who will also be chosen at random.

4. The winner will be asked to provide their full name and postal address. These details will be used for competition purposes only. By entering this competition, we assume you have read our terms and agree to this use of your personal data.

5. The prize will be posted to the address provided by the winner. If outside the UK, the winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes.

6. All prizes are non transferable and cannot be sold to another person. No prize or part of the prize is exchangeable.
